Meal Skipping is a SIN

Meal Skipping is a SIN

Skipping meals (or leaving long gaps between meals) is definitely one of the biggest Sins of Fat burning and muscle building nutrition. Missing meals slows down your metabolism, causes muscle loss and triggers your body’s starvation response.

Let suppose you skip breaky and you have not eaten since 8pm the night before. If you eat your lunch say about 12pm, you have gone 16 hours without any food in your belly. At this point, you are not only in a catabolic (that’s muscle wasting) stat, you are sending an unmistakable starvation signal to your brain and body.

With skipping a meals being a sin, skipping breakfast is the cardinal sin of fat burning and muscle building and should be treated swiftly.

So take a stand for your metabolism and feed it frequently with good nutritious food.

Think of your metabolism as a fire that burns up your fat… and the fuel for the fire is the food you eat… the better the food, the better the fire.

Never let that fire burn out because it’s always so much harder to get it to burn efficiently again.

Let’s start with creating a time line for you…

6.30am 9.30am 12.30pm 3.30pm 6.30pm 9.30pm
7.30am 10.30am 1.00pm 4.00pm 7.30pm 10.00pm

Now you put a mark at the times you ate today.

Well how well do you keep your fire burning?

By honestly charting your daily activity and nutritional habits you can easily pinpoint areas that need improvements. Now that you know where your trouble spots are, its time to make some minor (hopefully) adjustments or changes.
Good luck 
