Work out in a flash

Quickie workout for today
After you have warmed up for about 5 min try this workout.

Set a timer for 10 minutes –Do as many rounds as possible –

20 forward lunges
10 Push Ups.
20 back ward lunges
10 reverse crunches

Cool Down then stretch legs and upper body
