500 blast

100 Squats
100 Toe Touch & Raise hands to ceiling
100 Regular Situps
100 Windmill Toe Touch
100 Single Leg, Knee Raises
             (stand still and raise one leg to the chest)

Your choice to do it all straight up or if you find it a struggle try breaking it into 5 sets of 20 of each exercise to get to the hundred.
