Healthy Breaky

Here is a healthy Breaky for you to try....


Creamy Apple Oats Ingredients:

½ cup cottage cheese
½ cup oats
75g grated apple
Nutmeg and Cinnamon
1 cup water

Method:
Soak ½ cup oats with 1 cup water overnight
Drain excess water from oats
Add cottage cheese, grated apple, nutmeg, cinnamon and stir well
Place in microwave on high for 2+ minutes stirring in between
