Coffee anyone?

Coffee has so many options, but do you know what the calories consequences ?


I am not suggesting we give up our little pick me ups but perhaps consider skim milk in our frothy brews. (and apparently skim froth better anyway)


So skip the cream topping and adding marshmallows and think about swapping full cream to skim.

Flat white coffee
  • Full cream milk = 705kj
  • Skim milk = 390kj


Instant coffee
  • Full cream milk = 84kj
  • Skim milk = 76kj

Caffe latte

  • Full cream milk = 705kj
  • Skim milk = 505kj
Mocha
  • Full cream milk = 894kj
  • Skim milk = 627kj
Caramel frappe latte
  • Full cream milk = 1320kj
  • WHOA too many avoid this one
Cappuccino
  • Full cream milk = 669kj
  • Skim milk = 402kj

Caramel Frapee Latte (WARNING WARNING)

  • Full cream milk = 1320 kj
  • WHOA !!! Too many kj's avoid this one
