It's time we all swap our soft drink to the good old H2o!
Studies revealed recently that those who drank sweetened drinks (that's diet or regular) have increase risk if hypertension.
They also showed that if you only have 1 to 2 glasses of water all day you would be more likely to have high blood sugar a big factor which can put you at risk of prediabetes.
So let get into our water and drink up.
