Outdoor workout

Start with warm up ...

Skipping - 5min (if you don't have a rope just pretend)

Push ups (aim for 15)
Sit ups (aim for 20)
Squat Kicks (aim for 30 total)

Take a quick walk around the oval if you have one or walk for 2 to 3 min.

Now repeat the above another 5 times.
(Try to get these done fast but form is Kings so make sure you keep you body alignment and don't just keep going if you can not keep the correct form. Instead do less reps and work up to it.)

Stretch and cool down

Well done!!!
