A Consistent, Challenging Exercise Program


The absolute best way to fight the battle of the muffin top is with a consistent, challenging exercise program.

  • Consistent: You should exercise 3-5 times each week.
  • Challenging: If you want to see results then keep your body guessing with new exercises and varied intensity.
Try this one

Warm up with a light jog or run.

Then on each corner go the oval or field you on stop and do...

10 squats
10 pushups
10 sit up
10 leg drops
10 toe touches (that's 10 each side)

The jog to next corner and repeat.
Do this as many times as you like but if your'e a beginner just start with 1 lap.

Don't forget to stretch and cool down.
