Summer body day 1 - Workout

Today's workout



Start with a brisk walk to warm up or if you indoors try starting off with easy warm up exercise for around 5 to 8 mins.

The workout....

Do all of the following exercise with as little rest as possible keeping good exercise form throughout the workout...


5 PUSHUPS
30 STAR JUMPS.
20 HIGH KNEES.
10 OBLIQUE TWISTS
15 CRUNCHES
10 SQUATS
5 PUSHUPS
15 CRUNCHES
10 PUSHUPS
12 SQUATS
40 MOUNTAIN CLIMBERS
40 SECOND PLANK
5 PUSHUPS
10 ALTERNATING LUNGES

Don't forget to stretch after every workout. The stretch is just as important as the actual workout.
