LEGS WORKOUT

START AT THE TOP OF THE LIST THEN BACK UP TO THE TOP AGAIN

20 SQUATS

30 LUNGES (ALTERNATING)

40 STEP UPS

50 SECOND WALL SIT

60 JUMPING JACKS

20,30,40,50,60 AND THEN 60,50,40,30,20,

Yes you can do it!!!!!
