10 rounds workout
- 5 Pushups
- 10 Lunges per leg
- 15 Squats
- 20 Regular Situps
- 25 Jumping Jacks
Take a few minutes to recover, the get back into it. If you time yourself each round and for the total time it will give you a goal to beat as you go and for when ou do this workout again.
Get through the exercises as fast as you can with good form. Do Not sacrifice form ever quality before quantity.
Repeat for 10 Rounds
