Summer body day 3 - Arm workout

AUGUST GET READY FOR SUMMER BODY

Arm Workout

10 Push ups (on knees if you need to)

15 Triceps Dips ( off the lounge or a chair)

15 Bench Push offs ( like a push up but you push your self away from the bench. Kitchen bench works well)

1 Minute Side Plank (left)

1 Minute Side Plank (right)

8 Burbees

30 Standing Arm circles (10 the size of a beach ball, 10 the size of a tennis ball and 10 the size of a golf ball)

REPEAT all of the above 4 times when you get to arm circles change directions each time through.

So …….?

SORE?

TIRED?

OUT OF BREATH?

SWEATY?



GOOD! THEN ITS WORKING!!!!!
