Let's sweat!

New week starting make this your to start on that summer body... Let's sweat

Warm up 5 / 10 min
10 x squats
10 x pushups
10 x forward lunges (10 each side)
10 x Double crunches
1 min hover
Cardio 2 min ( either on equipment like a treadmill and bike or get outside and power walk or run)

Now do these another 5 times
