You really need to try the TRX. It is truly amazing how many exercises you can do just by "hanging around"!.. and as it uses YOUR body weight, you have total control over the intensity of your workout by using the laws of physics. The more you incline/lean, the more resistance is applied to the activity being performed. Whilst all the time, your core and abdominals (stomach) muscles are being used through "Functional" exercise and movements. - Gone are the sometimes awkward feelings when performing other weight training movements on machines that don't mimic the human body.
