New Years Eve yes you need to work out!!!

Yes it New Years Eve..... And you really need to workout today, especially if you are planning on drinking tonight!!

Quick morning workout
50x jumping jacks
20x squats
20x push ups
20x lunges (each leg)
50x jumping jacks
20x crunches 
 
Quick fast and oh so so good for us... Can you do it 3 times.... ?

Now you can enjoy tonight a little less guilty
