Today's workout
Let's start off with warming up for 5 / 10 min
Then into the workout
16 squats
10 pushups
16 oblique crunches (16 on each side)
10 donkey kicks (10 on each leg slowly)
(if you're not sur of an exercise just ask us...
Today you are going to aim for 8 sets (as fast as you can keeping good form) slower if you need to.
Time it and let us know your timing
Don't forget to stretch when your done
Just keep remembering you just had xmass and we need to get back into exercise .
