Workout 2

Stepping it up today for today's workout

Warmup properly first then.... Run through the circuits x 5

10 Star Jumps
10 side to side jumps (as if you're jumping over a line side ways)
10 lunges
30 sec rest

10 Burbees
15 squats
10 side lunges
30 sec rest

20 fwd bck ward lunges (10 each leg)
20 mt climbers
15 squat jumps
30 sec rest

Now do it again 4 times!!!!

Feel the burn!!!!
