1 to 20 worout

Start with 1 Rep for the first round, then add 1 Rep for each following round."  Complete 20 rounds
example = Round 1 - 1 Rep , Round 2 - 2 Reps , Round 3 - 3 Reps , etc.

 Pushup
 Straight leg, Leg lifts
 Squats
 Situps
:30seconds Run In Place -High Knees
 
Good way to push your self is is to time it the 1st time to see how long it takes for you to get to 20 reps. Then next time you do it try to beat that time
