8 minutes of Working your body

1 Minute Jumping Jacks
1 Minute Pushups
1 Minute Regular Situps
1 Minute Squats
1 Minute Toe Touches 
1 Minute Right Leg Lunges
1 Minute Left Leg Lunges
1 Minute Straight leg, Leg lifts. Lay on your back hands under small of your back if you need it and only drop legs to your level
 
I know you want to.....do it again x3
