For those who like to box

Workout for 30 min with this mix
 
Warm up 5 mins

Boxing 2 min  (this could be any combo you like, for example you could do 30sec jab/cross followed by 30sec upper cuts and repeat again = this will be 2 min in total. This way you will certainly get your heart rate up without making the combo to hard and confusing.)
 
Skip 1 min

Rest 1 min

And repeat this for 30 min.
