If you have stairs try this workout

Interval Training – Stairs:

Spend a about 5 minute warm up, followed by 20 minutes intervals:

Run up stairs (1 or 2 at a time), walk down – do this for 5 minutes, then rest for 1-2 minutes.
Continue until you have completed 20 minutes.

5 minutes cool down,

5 minutes stretch.
