Today I am setting you a challenge !
A tabata workout with the timer set for 35 seconds on; 5 seconds off (so you work for 35sec and then you rest for 5 sec)
Do 3 sets of each exercise making it a total of 12 rounds
1. mountain climbers
2. switching side lunges (jump lunge)
3. Spiderman exercise
4. jump squats
my scores:
1) 45, 42, 37
2) 33, 33, 36
3) 27, 25, 22
4) 29, 31, 32
