April daily workout #3

20 Jumping Jacks
30 High knees
30 Butt kickers
30 Jumps with rope ( or pretend rope either works well)
10 Crunches
20 Bicycle Crunches
10 kneeling bird dog ( on hands and knees lift op arm and leg keep hips level)
10 Jack knife sit ups ( where you come up to touch toes at the roof lifting upper and lower body)
30 Russian twist (dont let it go into your lower back only go to where you can control it)
20 Jumping Jacks
10 Lunges each leg
20 Inner thigh lift (lay on your side and lift bottom leg keeping hips and shoulders stacked)
5 burbees
10 push ups
30 second side plank each side

and your done for today boooyah!!!

dont forget to stretch and cool down.
