Make sure you have water and a towel you're going to need it!
20 Jumping jacks
30 high knees
30 butt kickers (bring heals up to your butt)
10 front kicks ( like you want to kick down a door)
30 Mountain climbers
30 seconds ( take a break wipe and rehydrate)
5 burbees
20 jumping jacks
30 Rope jumps ( you don't really have to have a rope use your imagination lol)
5 split jumps
10 front kicks
30 Jumping Jacks
40 Jump ropes
5 Burbees
20 Jog in place
15 high knees
30 second break (wipe the sweat and rehydrate again only 1 more round to go!)
20 Jumping jacks
10 lateral jumps (like your jumping over a little wall or line)
5 Jump Squats
30 jump ropes
5 Tuck jumps
Your done! Don't forget to cool down and stretch.... well done
