Good news: We have a full-body, quick workout for you that requires no equipment.
In fact you can even do it outdoors while the kids are hunting for eggs, although you might want a towel for the push-ups!
Here it is....
30 squats keep them clean ( meaning good form knees do not go over your toes , sit your bottom back like you're about to sit a chair)
30 second Hover ( toes or knees if you need to)
30 seconds of push ups doing as many as you can in this time
See easy you can do this just once or plan to do it 4 times during the day.... Sooooo drop and give me 30
