Sexy leg workout

One for the legs....

20 Squats
20 Lunges (left and right)
40 Calf raises (20 with toes in and 20 with toes out)
100 Jumping Jacks
1 min Wall sits (sit back into a wall keep your lower and upper back pressing into wall)
40 Sumo Squats
30 Side leg raises ( lay on your side and pull up top leg keeping hips and shoulders stacked)
20 Squats

Now remember to stretch thoses legs or you will be sorry tomorrow...
