Interesting stuff on health # 2

Sweet things in the morning.

A study byTel Aviv University recently discovered that subjects ate something sweet in the morning (say Nutella on toast) it curbed their sugar cravings for the rest of the day.

Trying to avoid sugary food altogether only creates psychological addition to them, and breakfast is the best time to indulge because our metabolism is at it's highest and we have a day of activity to burn it off.

So adding in something sweet at Breaky that includes protien and carbs an help you loose and keep off those kg's
