If we don't make changes in what we do we can't expect to see changes in our bodies.
You need to start going out of your comfort zone with the exercise stuff.
Do something different even if you think you might hate it. ( You may suprise yourself).
Get involved in group stuff, join a class, a walking group, drag a buddy into doing something physical with with you (they will thank you,) and start hanging out with people that like what YOU want to be like.
(Something you Mum may have said is true. "Who you hang with will define who you become."
So if you hang with people not interested in the things you are trying to bring into your world, it's time to expand your circle to fit in people that are all about health, nutrition, exercise and all that good stuff you need in to make a difference in your body.

Your going to get more of what you have....
Change only happens when you change ..... So what you waiting for get out there and change :-)
