MILK for everybody

Drinking milk is so natural and good for us. We should be drinking it to ward off Osteoporosis, but many of us forget about the calories that go with Milk and don't remember


to include it when we are watching our calorie intake.

No we shouldn't cut it out because we do need it, but being aware of what we are drinking will help when we are looking to understand our weight control.
