workout at home

Hers a workout to do at home using things around the house.

Have a stop watch or the second hand on your clock in site.

Perform repetions of the following exercises for 30 seconds and then take 10 seconds to recover/rest.

Then repeat each exercise another four times. Rembering good form in all exercises is more important that get lots of repetitions in.

The Workout...

PUSH UPS (you can be on your knees if you need to)
TRICEPT DIPS (use a chair or you can do them on the floor)
BICEP CURLS (No weights... fill up 2 shopping bags or use Milk carton)
LUNGES (If you can add some weight holding something heavy)

REMEMBER : Quaility before quantity..... and only use a weight you can manage.
