30 jumping jacks

20 lunges

10 Squats

10 Pile Squats

20 Side Lunges

15 Bridge Hip Lifts

20 Donkey Kicks Left then Right

10 side Leg circles Left then Right

20 Step ups

15 Squats

10 Pile Squats

20 Jumping Jacks
