Things to think about and do every day...
- Drink plenty of water
- Plan your meals
- Don't skip meals
- Make sure you eat and do not over eat to make up for a missed meal
- Prepare snacks the night before for the whole day
- Don't let a bad day turn into a bad week
- Exercise get moving and get out of the house
- Remind yourself of all the good things you do for your body and don't dwell on the slip ups.
