1 MINUTE DUMBELL SWINGS ( If you don’t have dumbel you can use a Milk bottle or similar object that’s safe to use)
1 MINUTE HIGH KNEES
1 MINUTE REST ( YES I SAID REST)
1 MINUTE BURBEES
1 MINUTE JUMP SQUATS
1 MINUTE SQUAT PRESS ( Using dumbells if you have)
1 MINUTE SKATERS
30 SECOND REST ( YEP YOU GET ANOTHER ONE)
1 MIN PUSH UPS
1 MIN RUSSIAN TWISTS WITH MEDICINE BALL OR YOUR DUMBELLS
TAKE DOWN HOW MANY REPS YOU MANAGED TO GET THROUGH ON EACH EXERCISE………
NOW DOING IT ALL AGAIN BUT TRY TO BEAT YOUR PREVIOUS REPS
