Summer Body Month- workout

Outside Workout - Run/Exercise

You will Run down one side of oval stopping at the corners for an exercise.

  • Run 1 Side of a Footy Oval
  • 100 pushups in as few sets as possible
  • Run 1 Side of Footy Oval
  • 100 crunches
  • Run 1 Side of Footy Oval
  • 75 pushups in as few sets as possible
  • 75 crunches
  • Run 1 Side of Footy Oval
  • 50 pushups in as few sets as possible
  • 50 crunches
  • Run 1 Side of Footy Oval
  • Walk 1 Full of Footy Oval

Stretch and Cool-down
