Summer Body Month-Day 25- IceTreats



Treat Yourself with this yummy snack

Ingredients;

1/2cup of raspberries (Frozen kind works well)
1cup Blue Berries (you can sub any other berry really)
1 Scoop of vanilla protein powder
1/2cup ice cubes
1table spoon of honey

what to do...

Put the Berries and Protein powder along with Honey into a blender. Blend till smooth.

poor into a nice glass the garnish with fresh mint.

You can also put into small freezer safe containers to make the best popsicles you can make.
