Todays 100 workout

Here is another workout for you.

Start with a warm up ...

Then we will do 5 rounds of the following:
20 Skips ( no rope no probs pretend)
20 Squats
20 Mt Climbers
20 Crunches
20 High knees
20 Cobra Pushups
20 Butt lift (on you back keep heels close to you bottom the push your hip up as you squeeze your bottom tigh)
20 Walking lunges
20 Tricep Dips
20 Hover jumping jacks

Take a couple of min to recover and repeat 4 more times. That will have doing 100 of each exercise NICE!!!!

Don't forget to cool down and stretch
