Today's workout

The sun is shinny here, so let's get outside for today's workout!

Walk at a brisk pace for 5 min
Take it up to a jog after a couple of minuets if you can.

(you can make this longer if you are up for it)

Stop and do 3 round of the following

50 squats
16 pushups
20 runners sit ups
10 burbees

Now jog/walk back to where you started and the mini circuit again

Don't forget to stretch
