30 seconds each exercise then take 1 min breake between each group of exercises ( longer if you need it)
Pushups
Mt. Climbers
4 Rounds with No Breaks
Squats
Situps
4 Rounds with No Breaks
Jumping with or without a jump rope
V-situps
4 Rounds with No Breaks
Run In Place with High Knees
Bench Dips
4 Rounds with No Breaks
Take nice long walk and stretch.
