Warmup with a walk or jog then get into the workout
1 Minute Pushups
1 Minute Regular Situps
1 Minute Squats
1 Minute Toe Touches
1 Minute Right Leg Lunges
1 Minute Left Leg Lunges
1 Minute Straight leg, Leg drops -abs
Repeat 3 times
Don't forget to stretch
