Portion controls

Portion control is great help when we are trying to get healthier and drop some kg's.
Think

1 baseball size serve of vegetable

1 deck if cards for your meat

1 tennis ball for pasta

2 golf balls for ice cream

The size of your Palms to finger tips for fish

The size if 1 CD for your Pancakes

The size of a computer mouse for baked potatoe

4 game dice for cheese

Butter if you have to have it think the top of you thumb

Peanut butter 2 table spoons / a ping pong size

A bagel the size of a hockey puck
